RIVER MALL switches to updated operating mode during air alerts

From September 10, 2026, RIVER MALL shopping mall will switch to an updated operating mode during air raids in accordance with the specified threat levels.

When an air raid alarm of the yellow threat level (drone threat) is announced, RIVER MALL continues to operate.

At the same time, for your safety, we recommend that you do not ignore the air raid alarm signal and go to shelter. The decision to stay in the premises and on the territory of the shopping mall during the yellow threat level is made by each visitor and employee at their own discretion.

In RIVER MALL, you can use a temporary shelter located on the -2 level of the underground parking lot. The path to it is marked by floor navigation arrows with the inscription “Shelter”. You can also go to the nearest shelter outside the shopping mall.

When a red threat level is announced, RIVER MALL suspends operations, and visitors must go to shelter.

Please carefully monitor official messages about the threat level and take care of your own safety.

The updated operating mode of RIVER MALL during air raids is implemented in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 04.09.2026 No. 1092.
