Support Space at RIVER MALL: Free Meetings with Specialists from the Resilience Center
RIVER MALL, in partnership with the Resilience Center, is launching a series of free sessions focused on mental health, emotional recovery, and support during challenging times.
Every Saturday at 2:00 PM, we invite anyone aged 16 and older to join intimate sessions led by specialists from the Resilience Center.
During these sessions, participants will receive practical advice on managing stress, replenishing inner resources, building healthy relationships, and fostering mutual understanding with loved ones. It is an opportunity to dedicate time to yourself, ask important questions, and find support among people who share similar experiences.
Schedule of upcoming sessions:
● October 24 — “A Psychological First-Aid Kit for Adults”
● October 31 — “Parent-Child Relationships During Wartime”
● November 7 — “How to Reclaim a Sense of Life”
● November 14 — “Healthy Relationships in Challenging Times”
Where: RIVER MALL, 2nd floor, Resilience Center (exit towards P3).
When: Every Saturday, 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM.
For whom: Participants aged 16 and older.
Cost: Free.
Sessions are held in small groups (up to 12 participants) to ensure everyone has the chance to join the discussion and receive personal attention from the specialists.
Advance registration is required! Choose an event that interests you and register via the RIVER MALL mobile app.
Resilience Centers are an initiative of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, implemented as part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How Are You?”—an initiative of First Lady Olena Zelenska.
We want RIVER MALL to be more than just a place for shopping and leisure; we envision it as a space where you can find support, connection, and new opportunities for recovery.
Support is closer than you think.
