RULES OF CONDUCT ON THE ICE ARENA
– Each visitor can be on the site on weekdays from 12:00 to 22:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 22:00;
– Each visitor must purchase a ticket. The administration and security reserve the right to refuse entry to any citizen;
– The ticket entitles to ONE-TIME entry to the ice rink. After leaving the rink, the next entry is paid separately;
– The visitor is allowed to the ice rink after the ticket is checked by the rink employee;
– The cost of a service paid, offered, but not requested is not returned to the client;
– The rink’s ticket office stops working 30 minutes before the end of the site’s work;
– Taking photos and videos for commercial purposes is allowed only with the written permission of the administration;
– Children under 7 years of age are allowed to mass skating on the ice rink only when accompanied by one adult;
– Children under 4 years old are admitted free of charge, accompanied by one adult;
– Visitors can leave their belongings in the lockers in the changing area;
– Visitors are personally responsible for any damage caused to other guests;
– Upon the warning signal, visitors must leave the ice arena.
IT IS PROHIBITED ON THE rink:
– Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
– Smoking and littering;
– Consuming food and drinks outside the designated areas, as well as carrying bags with drinks, food, or purchases onto the ice rink;
– Entering the ice rink without skates;
– Moving at high speed, endangering the safety of visitors;
– Bringing and drinking alcoholic beverages;
– Riding roller skates;
– Go out on the ice with animals;
– Damage the equipment and ice surface with skates or other objects, as well as throw any objects on the ice, pour liquids and pour any materials, use explosive and flammable substances (including pyrotechnics);
– Be on the rink during the ice-filling period;
– Practice figure skating elements with a leg lift higher than the knee;
– Sit on the sides of the rink;
– Be outside the rubber coating zone on the rink territory in skates;
– Leave the territory in skates;
– Conduct individual private lessons and any coaching activities;
– Ride children in your arms or sitting on your shoulders;
– Push, ride with keys and other objects, play games that cause dangerous situations on the rink;
– Leave personal belongings outside the lockers in the changing area;
– Lie down and sit on the ice for long periods of time.
