Winter town “Crystal Ice Rink”

The winter town “Crystal Ice Rink” on the embankment near the River Mall is an ice arena with an area of ​​1,600 m² and various festive activities. In addition to skating, you can enjoy hot food, drinks and entertainment offered around the rink.
This year, the “Crystal Rink” is traditionally decorated in a bright white color with a Christmas tree in the form of a crystal in the center of the composition. The rink has the atmosphere of a cozy lake, where you can skate in the open air and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Several food courts are located near the ice skating rink on the territory of the winter town. Here you can enjoy seafood, meat and vegetable dishes, burgers, chebureks, desserts and various delicacies.
Mulled tea and non-alcoholic warming drinks are available.
After an active day with friends or family, you can warm up, recharge your gadgets and continue your active rest in other entertainment areas of the shopping center.

Work schedule:
Weekdays – from 12:00 to 22:00.
All other days (weekdays, weekends and holidays from 23.12 to 3.01) – from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Ticket prices:
Entrance ticket – UAH 440 (children under 4 years old – free)
5% discount for Mastercard holders, 10% discount for Mastercard + Savings Bank Discount ticket – UAH 300 (for persons with disabilities of 1, 2, 3 categories, orphans and military personnel with their families). You can get a ticket after presenting your ID.
Instructor – UAH 400.
Terms and conditions: You can only purchase a lesson with an instructor on site
Assistants on the ice (“penguins”) – UAH 300.
Children under the age of 7 are allowed on the ice only when accompanied by one adult
Unlimited skating

Air alarm

Instructions during an air alert
Friends, we care about the safety of visitors and employees, so please familiarize yourself with the actions in the event of an air alert before visiting the rink
Going to shelter: In the event of an alarm, all visitors will be asked to go to the nearest shelter located on the minus second level of the underground parking for safety.

Entry ticket with a mark: When returning, a ticket with an administrator’s mark of exiting during an alarm must be presented.

Ticket validity: The ticket with the mark will remain active for the entire period of operation of the ice rink (until 02.02 inclusive)

Turn off the lights
The rink will continue to operate even during a power outage.
If you need to warm up or charge your gadgets, you can use the premises of the River Mall. Comfortable rest areas and recharging stations are available there.

RULES OF BEHAVIOR ON THE ICE ARENA:
Every visitor can be on the site on weekdays from 12:00 to 22:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 22:00;
Each visitor must purchase a ticket. Administration and security reserve the right to deny entry to any citizen;
The ticket entitles you to ONE-TIME entry to the rink. After leaving the territory of the rink, the next entrance is paid separately;
The visitor is admitted to the ice arena after checking the tickets by an employee of the rink;
The cost of the service paid, offered, but not requested, is not returned to the client;
The ticket office of the rink stops working 30 minutes before the end of the rink’s work;
Taking photos and videos for commercial purposes is allowed only with the written permission of the administration;
Children under the age of 7 are allowed to mass skate on the ice field only when accompanied by one adult;
Admission is free for children under 4 years of age, accompanied by one adult;
Visitors can leave their belongings in lockers in the changing area;
Visitors are personally responsible for any damages caused to other guests;
At the warning signal, visitors must leave the ice arena.

IT IS PROHIBITED ON THE RINK:
Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Smoking and littering;
Consuming food and drinks outside the designated areas, as well as carrying bags with drinks, food, and shopping onto the territory of the ice rink;
Go to the ice field without skates;
Move at high speed, endangering the safety of visitors;
Bring and drink alcoholic beverages;
Go on cross-country skates;
Go out on the ice with animals;
Damage equipment and the ice surface with skates or other objects, as well as throw any objects on the ice, pour liquids and pour any materials, use explosive and flammable substances (in particular, pyrotechnic products);
To be on the site during the ice filling period;
Train the elements of figure skating with the leg raised above the knee;
Sit on the sides of the rink;
To be outside the area of ​​the rubber coating on the territory of the rink in skates;
Leave the territory in skates;
To conduct individual classes of a private nature and any coaching activity;
Roll children in your arms or sitting on your shoulders;
Pushing, rolling with keys and other objects, playing games that cause dangerous situations on the rink;
Leave personal belongings outside the lockers in the changing area;
Lying and sitting on ice for a long time.
