| Use of Parking by persons with disabilities | |||
| In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Fundamentals of Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 585 dated May 25, 2011 “On Approval of the Procedure for Providing Benefits to Drivers with Disabilities, Drivers Carrying Persons with Disabilities, Including Vehicles Owned by Public Organizations with Disabilities, Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations Operating in the Field of Social Protection of the Population, for Free Parking and Storage of Vehicles” – all categories of persons with disabilities have the right to free PARKING of vehicles. Free parking is carried out by placing the vehicle in a free parking space, taking into account road signs and road markings. For free use of the Parking, check-in and check-out must take place within 14 hours. If a Vehicle driven by disabled drivers or drivers transporting disabled persons does not leave the Parking within 14 hours, the tariff established by subparagraph 2 of clause 2.1. of the Regulations shall apply. Entry to the Parking area by a disabled person is carried out only through a barrier. When leaving the Parking area, a disabled person shall contact the Parking staff and present a document confirming his/her disability. A Parking employee shall take a photo of such a document before the disabled person leaves the Parking area. Such a Vehicle shall leave the Parking area free of charge. |

After payment there are 30 minutes to check out.
